Matt and I have been debating for some time placing hard wood floors in the nursery and in our bedroom. Well, for some reason, I got on a cleaning click and decided that it was time....and by time...i mean now. So, the hardwood floor guys came and gave us an estimate on Monday and then they started laying floors on Friday. I am so excited. It is amazing how much better the place already looks.
Since they are matching the existing hardwoods throughout the house, we are going to have to get out for a few days. So, I booked us a trip to Gatlinburg. I haven't been to Gatlinburg in a VERY long time. In college, I made a trip there for one day but that doesn't count because I don't even think I did anything but walk down the street.
So, we are off....in a couple weeks that is....
