Happy Birthday Jason

Jason, our little nephew, and Matt share the same birthday! Laura Elizabeth went to her first "kid" birthday party today. She slept through half the party and then woke up grumpy. We ended up leaving a little early.

LeLe is really mastering sticking out her tongue.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Laura, Matt, Anne Reaves, and Saxon came over early to celebrate Matt's birthday. Luckily, Laura and I hit the road and of course some stores. We always have so much fun!

Mother and Dad came over later and we had a shrimp boil. Aunt Lisa and Uncle Dave also came and brought Easter gifts for the girls. We all had a wonderful time celebrating Matt's birthday!

Poor little Baby Saxon had to leave to go to the Children's Hospital. She was running a fever of 103. It turned out to be the "fever" virus. We sure hope she gets back to smiling soon!

3 Months Old!

My good friend, Mark Wilkins, is starting photography and decided to use sweet little Laura Elizabeth as a model. Check out some of his beautiful shots of our precious little girl.

Back to Work

I had to go back to work today. Bobo kept Laura Elizabeth and she taught her how to stick out her tongue perfectly!! It was a hard day but hopefully will get better. I hope to take some pictures tonight of LeLe sticking out her tongue and will share!! We went out to eat with Matt's boss, Will Fountain, last night. We had a great time and LeLe was a doll.

Easter Day!

The Easter bunny visited our house last night and left Laura Elizabeth all kind of nice surprises. After checking out the presents, we loaded up to go to church in Tuscaloosa with the Skinners. We picked up Bobo and headed to T-town. Laura Elizabeth and Anne Reaves attended big church and did great! Anne Reaves did all of her ballerina moves while the choir sang and the quietly returned to her seat. The folks sitting behind us got a real treat. After church, we all gathered at Laura's for a fantastic dinner prepared by Bobo and Pappy. We also got some shots of the girls in their beautiful dresses.

Easter with the Hollands

The Holland family came to our house today to celebrate Easter. We had a wonderful meal! Laura Elizabeth had a great time playing with her big cousin Sara Kate. We all had a great time and really enjoyed the company.

Happy Early Easter!

Laura Elizabeth has been celebrating Easter all week! She has received a boat load of goodies from Aunt Tammie, Aunt Laura and Bobo. We had a good time trying to take her picture. We are starting to get this bumbo seat down pat. LeLe laughed out loud for Bobo on St. Patrick's Day! She is such a happy little girl!

Playing with the Cousins!

The whole family went to the Skinner house today. Matt helped Matt Skinner with some yard work. We cannot wait until the Skinner pool is ready for us!! Saxon and Laura Elizabeth talked baby talked while Anne Reaves played with me. We love them so much!

Visit to the Easter Bunny

We took Laura Elizabeth to see the Easter Bunny today at Brookwood mall. We met the Skinner family for lunch and then headed toward the mall. LeLe fell asleep on the way and slept through the first set of pictures. She then woke up and we snapped a little more. The Easter bunny loved our shoes. Unlike Anne Reaves, we aren't scared of the Easter bunny yet!! She was so glad to ride in the elevator for the first time too! Happy Easter!

Day full of Fun!

We went to Tuscaloosa to visit our big cousins today. LeLe had so much fun playing with Anne Reaves and Saxon. She even got to see the Easter bunny from a distance! Tonight she was so tired that she decided to help her daddy hold her bottle.

Introducing...the Bumbo Seat

I decided to let LeLe try out the Bumbo seat that Aunt Laura let us borrow. While the package says 3 months and up, I thought I would give it a try. LeLe didn't quite know what to think about it. Her little head wobbled from side to side as she tried to get it straight. I guess we still need to grow a little more strength before mastering this.

Weekend Fun!

Today, we went and painted pottery at Laura Baker's house. I sure hope that it turns out well. I ended up letting LeLe paint 2 Christmas ornaments and an Easter egg. I cannot believe that she is already over 2 months old. I am getting sad about having to go back to work on March 25th. She had a great time tonight in her bouncie seat. She was talking to it, smiling at it, and kicking those thunder thighs.

Anne Reaves Visits

Anne Reaves and Bobo came to visit little LeLe today. Anne Reaves decided to fix LeLe's hair. She is absolutely adorable and loves her baby cousin.

Trip Out to Eat!

Tonight we took LeLe out to eat at Jim N Nicks. We have been a couple other times to various places and she has been perfect! She was so good tonight that I had to take some pictures. We are a happy girl and man are we growing!! I believe that we may have a dimple in our right cheek.
