Gibson has a rash on his stomach and groin area that seems to really bother him. The rash really isn't red but does seem to itch. One look at it and the doctor said that it was mole scum something which is a viral skin infection that is common and can take up to 18 months to heal. All that I could say...is "awesome". No more sharing a bath with leLe or any thing like that.
LeLe has had a rash on her leg since before she started kindergarten. Some patches has appeared on her faces and arms so I decided it was time to get it checked. The doctor explained that it was eczema on her face but that she thought it looked like psoriasis on her leg. They wanted to take a biopsy. She explained to leLe that they would numb her leg and then scrape a little off for the. To check. They would tie a bow around the area to make it pretty. She got upset. Ut we calmed her down. I guess I should have realized when about 6 people walked in that this was not going to be pretty. I sat at her head. One lady laid across her chest, another 2 at her feet and the. Be ones doing the procedure. When they pulled out the shots, all hell broke loose. LeLe went nuts. Screaming and carrying on is a understatement. Gibson had been watching his iPad but quickly decided he didn't like them hurting her, so he starting hitting one of the nurse yelling...don't hurt my sister. Then he realized, he may be next and started trying to leave. I finally asked everyone to stop a minute and for the nurse to take Gibson out. LeLe still was a basket case. They iced her down and sewed up the place where they had taken out. Blood was everywhere.
We left there, Lauren came by with prizes and we event to grab dinner. Not exactly how I had the day planned.
